The experience and knowledge have been accumulated and passed on to the 3rd generation now. Cultivating --> Harvesting --> Double Withering (Under Sunlight and Indoor) --> Oxidation (sit & stir for fermentation) --> Kill Green (high temperature to inactivate enzyme) --> Repeat rolling & drying for several times (break tea leaves and make the liquid goes out) --> Pick up branches --> Roasting --> SGS Pesticide Testing --> Packaging

Four Season Spring Green Oolong Tea

Originated from Taiwan, Sicichun is known as Four Season Spring. Because this special species can grow strongly in various weather and soil condition, tea farmers are able to harvest the tea leaves throughout the year. Over the years, it has become one of the most popular Taiwanese Oolong tea species.

Taiwan Jinxuan Red Oolong Tea

Jinxuan is No.12 unique tea species developed by Taiwan Tea Research & Extension Station (TRES) after 43 years of research. Jinxuan is known for its extremely rich milk and honey flavor and becomes very popular among women and young consumers.

Unique Red Oolong Technique: A unique fusion technique of black tea and oolong tea, this selection brings out the deep amber liquid with lovely milk and fruity taste.


Taiwan Wuyi Rock Oolong Tea

Wuyi rock tea is originated from the top Chinese oolong tea area – Wuyi mountain, Fujian, China. As premium tribute to ancient emperors, it was well-known as Dahongpao. 200 years ago, Wuyi rock tea was introduced to Nantou, Taiwan. Nantou’s soil is rich in oxidized iron with excellent drainage condition, especially suitable for nurture Wuyi tea.

With medium level of fermentation and roasting, this selection carries rich flavor and golden color like sunshine. It is the perfect choice for those who like to taste the finest tea with strong aftertaste.

All tea leaves from TeaJoy brand are tested by SGS and passed the testing for pesticides residue.
